Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Caviar

    1 can

  • Cashews

    100 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

A large sheet of pita bread cut into 4 pieces, each piece liberally with ROE capelin, sprinkle with chopped cashews and herbs. Tightly roll the roulade.

Each roll cut diagonally, place on a plate, decorate the top with a drop of mayonnaise and a leaf of parsley. Quick and tasty.
