Chicken terrine with green peas
Thanks to her beloved "Boy" I really loved the terrines. And when the Internet came across this recipe - couldn't resist. Especially so easily change the taste by changing only one component. What do you love? Goroshek, pistachios, corn, bell pepper? It will be as you want! :-)

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Green peas

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Curry

  • Turmeric

  • Paprika sweet

  • Chili

  • Salt

  • Broth

Gelatin to prepare according to the instructions on the bag. Grind the boiled and cooled chicken (I did it with blender), add the cheese, salt, chopped garlic.

In the cheese-meat mixture to enter the gelatin, mix well (I have the same blender, but this time underwater). The resulting mass is divided into 2 parts. In one part add the curry, turmeric, in the second part, chili and paprika. I apologize for the absence of pictures, my camera just got to handle goddaughter two and a half years, and they were ordered to live long. And, on assurances of doctors, "they are gone"... :-)

In the form put half of the mass of curry and turmeric, sprinkle with peas, cover the remnants of this mix. Repeat the same with the second part. I have a form of silicone, if there is no such, you can use a package of milk, which is covered with cling film. The terrine cover with plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
