My apples, cut into 4 pieces, clean from the bones. Then with a knife cut the flesh, carefully cutting around the perimeter with a knife, then separating the parts.
With the skin remains approximately 0.5 - 1 cm of pulp. Lubricates the surface of all the slices with lemon juice to avoid darkening.
Cut the flesh along with chicken, mayonnaise and cheese curd grind in a grinder or finely cut and all mix.
