Coffee biscuits
Imagine: a delicate crispy biscuits, take one bite, it melts in your mouth. And then this opens up a whole range of tastes, sweet, with a delicate sprinkling of salt crystals and coffee. Easy to make, but at the same time royally delicious.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    0.5 cup

  • Instant coffee

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Butter room temperature to mix with sugar. If the salt is much larger, grind it in a mortar or rolled with a rolling pin. The crystals should be the size of a sugar grain.

Add the cocoa and coffee. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Gradually add the flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla and knead the dough. Flour may need more or less.

Roll the dough between two layers of parchment to a thickness of 7-8 mm. If necessary a layer of dough to remove in the cold for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

With the help of molds or roller for the dough to give the cookies shape, I used my latest acquisition for cookies.
