Description
This old recipe rescued me more than once, when soured milk, or eggs at home, and too lazy to go, but home is asking for something baked. The cookies are soft and remain that way.
Ingredients

Milk
1 cup

Soda
1 tsp

Sugar
0.5 cup

Margarine
125 g

Salt

Flour
3 cup
Cooking
Pour in a jar (700 gr. or 1 l) milk, add soda and stir.
In a bowl sift flour, add salt, sugar and mix.
Add to the flour butter and mo. Loco
Knead the dough.
Roll out to a thickness of 4 mm. turn roll with a diameter of 1.5 cm and cut it into pieces of 4-5 cm.
Put on baking tray.
In the oven at 180 degrees oven until ready.
