Apple jam
Don't know about you, but I cook jams year round, good year-round fruit. Now delicious juicy local apples. Have a jam!!!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 kg

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Raisins

    150 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

Wash the apples, clean, fill with sugar, let stand ( to give some juice), and then boil until soft.

Hot blend apples, add cinnamon, put on a slow fire. Boil for 20 minutes after boiling.

5 minutes until cooked add the raisins.

Jam AkzoNobel. Spread on sterile jars.
