In the process of cooking decided to issue a detailed recipe. Somehow in the period of study at the University the first time I tried apricot jam slices and was just amazed by the taste and beauty of this dessert. Tried many times to make this jam, but every time slices of apricots are still sprawling and jam turned into the usual. Welcome to tea!

Cooking
For this jam you need to take a bit of a greenish dense fruit. Wash the apricots, split in two halves and remove the stone. Put in a suitable volume capacity. Sugar and water boil the syrup, after boiling, keep on heat for 5 minutes. After that, pour it in the strained juice of 1 orange.
Remove the syrup fire and pour half the apricot. Leave the jam to cool to room temperature. When the jam has cooled, drain off the syrup and bring it to boil. Fruits do not boil!
Pour our syrup apricots, and again left to cool to room temperature.
Again drain off the syrup and bring it to boil, and then pour the fruit.
Now our capacity with syrup and fruit, put on fire and bring to a boil. After boiling, minimize the fire and pour the jam in sterilized jars. Roll. And that's all! It remains only to enjoy the beautiful and delicious jam!
