Chocolate cake
If the cakes had titles, this one, in my opinion, could claim the title of Duke, and maybe a Prince of the blood of shokoladnoi. The chocolate in each crumb! And the cream is just fantastic! I want to thank you for the recipe my compatriot Marichu from the website "Cooking at Home" and happily refer to it.

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

The amount of ingredients is the baking pan size 35x25. Melt butter, beat eggs with sugar, add kefir, a thin stream pour melted butter, mix well and add flour mixed with cocoa powder.

Work the dough with the density of thick cream. Put the dough aside for 40 minutes in the refrigerator, then remove and add the baking soda with lemon juice. You can use baking powder, but since it's not needed to extinguish, it is likely that it is unevenly distributed.

While the dough is brewing in the cold, prepare the cream. Evaporated milk pour into a saucepan (Yes, that's right, milk is not boiled, white), add the sugar, water and flour mixed with cocoa. Carefully mix to avoid lumps, and stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and leave to cool.

The pan dimmed with baking paper (I'm still just in case, oiled it with oil), spread on it 1/3 of dough and bake at temperature of 180* in a preheated oven. That is the hardest thing to prepare this cake is to divide the dough into three equal parts I assure you it is not insurmountable.

The cake baked for about 15 minutes, check it with a wooden knitting needle for dryness and get sent to be baked the following. Since the cakes are quite fragile, I after several attempts with the collapse of the cakes and picking them to pieces came to the next - just don't take them off paper, cool on it and when you cover the cream and put them in reverse. The first layer of the trimmed edge (this time I turned it over without losses) and the following alignment at bottom.

Oil for the cream beat with a mixer until it becomes white and fluffy, portions add the cooled cream (it is still quite runny, let it does not scare you), continuing to whisk until all webjam. The cream keeps the shape well.

Trimming grind into crumbs (I crush in a blender), coat cakes with cream, sprinkle with crumbs and leave to soak. I, as always, doing all this in the evening, by morning, the cake is ready.

You can decorate it with anything else except chips. I drew squiggles small coconut. This is at your discretion.

    а пропорции какие и там и там?

    не поняла, в тесто кладем муку смешанную с какао и в крем добавляем муку. какао
