Cooking
Coat the form with butter, sprinkle with flour.
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, and 2 tablespoons of orange peel. You need a good mix.

Gradually add the flour mixture to egg mixture, stirring with a whisk.

Pour the batter into the pan, bake at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes. But if the form you are low, you will need less time. To check the readiness with a skewer.

Mix 50g icing sugar with 120g of grapefruit juice.
