Roll of pita with fish-avocado filling
Rolls of pita is a great appetizer for the holiday table and for everyday meals. Offer its own version of the roll with filling on the basis of red fish, and without a loved one avocados are not done; )

Ingredients

  • Pita

  • Fish

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Green olives

    15 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

Make a paste of avocado. For this avocado peeled, cut in half, take out the bone and cut another few pieces. Grind in a blender with lemon juice and mayonnaise. You can add mustard instead of mayonnaise to get a yoghurt and pepper.

Fish cut into small pieces, add chopped eggs, green onions and chopped olives, stir.

The sheet of lavash put on plastic wrap and spread half of the pasta avocado.

Cover with the second half.

Spread the fish stuffing. Don't forget to leave space from the edges to keep the stuffing from spilling out.
