There were already a lot of great rolls of pita, I would venture to suggest another. Called him "will Not perish nor tithe" because I blinded him from what was, or rather from what was not included in the basic holiday dishes. The sheet of pita bread cut in half. A very fine mesh dealt mayonnaise, spread it on the meat, pickle and cheese. Turn tight rolls. Whipped eggs, add to them the remaining cheese. Everyone needs a good roll to dip in the beaten eggs and fry in a pan for about five minutes.
