RUB the yolks with sugar, add cocoa, mix well, stirring gently pour warm boiled milk. Gelatin pre-soak, heat but do not boil, add to the mixture eggs, sugar and milk. Take the cream from 20 to 35% fat (depending on what kind of dessert you want to - fresh or easy), pour them into the cooled mixture and a little whip with a mixer.
