Pate of beans and sun-dried tomatoes
I offer gentle pate for Sunday Breakfast. Hot toast rubbed with a clove of garlic, sprinkle the pate, garnish with a slice of sun-dried tomatoes, make a fragrant tea and enjoy. Bon appetit, friends!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Thyme

    4 sprig

  • Shallots

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

The beans and tomatoes and blend immersion blender.

In a pan pour oil, add 3 thyme sprigs and a clove of garlic, crushed with the flat side of a knife. Fry until the characteristic smell, and then remove them from the pan.

Onion cut into small cubes and fry in the fragrant oil until slightly Golden.

To the bean mass, add the fried onions, after removing the thyme leaves from the sprigs, pepper and soy sauce. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
