  • Vinegar

The amount of ingredients can vary depending on your taste preferences - a bit sharper/softer. At the bottom of the jar: Pepper, Laurel, garlic (preferably crushed), 2/3 of the onions - cut into rings, greens - any (it is possible and without it).

Tomatoes need a small size, cut them just in half and lay cut down.

In a jar, you can put tomatoes of different maturity, in ready, all are tasty.

I used jars 0.5 l to Put the tomatoes to the top and about 1.5 cm before reaching it.

On top of the remaining onion to put in each jar, I left specially only 1 onion ring.
