The amount of ingredients can vary depending on your taste preferences - a bit sharper/softer. At the bottom of the jar: Pepper, Laurel, garlic (preferably crushed), 2/3 of the onions - cut into rings, greens - any (it is possible and without it).
Tomatoes need a small size, cut them just in half and lay cut down.
In a jar, you can put tomatoes of different maturity, in ready, all are tasty.
I used jars 0.5 l to Put the tomatoes to the top and about 1.5 cm before reaching it.
On top of the remaining onion to put in each jar, I left specially only 1 onion ring.
To prepare the marinade: Boil water with sugar and salt, remove from heat and add the vinegar. Pour into jars - this quantity of marinade just for 5-6 bottles of 0.5 L.

After sterilization pour into each jar a little oil on top (about 1 tbsp). I started making this salad with aromatic sunflower oil (unrefined) and vinegar alternated with Apple ("sample") - all delicious!!! And finished with grape seed oil and wine vinegar - here is the result - delicious !!!!
