Fried wings with curls
This is a dish I learned to cook my mom, honestly, I don't know what kitchen you can. I think love will remain your whole family! The dish consists of fried chicken and dough, very easy to cook and very interesting taste, but it cuuuutee!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken wings

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Dill

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

You need to prepare dumpling dough. Pour on the table slide flour, make a hole in the middle and add to 2 eggs, slowly pour in the cold water in parallel without disturbing the dough. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes. Then roll it into a ball and refrigerate for 30 min. The dough is ready for our curls.

While the dough we have in the fridge, prepare the wings. Cut them on 3 parts, the last part I don't use in this dish.

Now marinade for the chicken. Add to it the soy sauce 3-4 tbsp (optional). Sprinkle with black and red ground pepper and add the cumin.

Now start frying. Take a pan, pour oil, once heated fry pan, spread our chicken and fry for 20-30 min.

Finely chop the dill. (stuffing for the dough)

Finely chop the onion. (stuffing for the dough)

Take the dough from the refrigerator and roll out it. Then with the creamy melted butter, I heated it in the microwave.

Put on the dough first with a layer of red pepper (proportions to taste), a second layer of onions, the third layer dill. And start to collapse in the roll.

The resulting cut our sausage into slices thickness of 2-3 cm

Spread on a pan greased with vegetable oil and fry for 5 minutes on one side, then turn over and 5 minutes fry on the other side. Pour water and stew for 10 minutes.

Then add curls to the chicken, pour water and also simmer for 5 minutes. Try a twirl on the willingness, if the inside of the onion crunches, then it should be put out.
