This dish definitely has some authentic title, but our family is unaware of:) my Grandmother heard the recipe on TV, I rushed to record, and the name remains a mystery. We call him something like that))) This recipe is for those who just want to eat meat without any frills, but tasty. The beef is natural, very gentle, sweet and almost no fat, which is important. Some have called this dish "hot jelly", in my opinion, justified))) the Minimum of work and personal engagement - maximum taste! Everyone is invited to enjoy!

Cooking
Meat cut small, season with salt, add vinegar, mix well.
Peel the onion, cut into quarters. Garlic clean, cut.
A cast iron pan grease with oil, put the meat on top of onions and garlic. Add the pepper, cover and put on the minimum fire.
After 2 hours, add the Bay leaves, again cover with a lid and simmer for another 30 minutes.
