Salad
Hello. The first recipe is my star of the week - simple and nourishing salad, from the available products, it is prepared on a festive table and in everyday life.

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Onion cut into half rings, carrot sticks(on a grater for Korean carrot).

Fry separately in vegetable oil until tender, season with salt to taste.On a platter, to glass excess oil.

This salad just tastes better with pickled chanterelle mushrooms. Drain the marinade, rinse the mushrooms, leave on the strainer to remove liquid.

Potatoes cut into strips or curly grater, fry in deep fat, leave on a paper towel. Finely chop the garlic.

Mix onions, carrots, peas, mushrooms and garlic, potato spread around.Salad does not need oil from frying vegetables enough.Bon appetit!!!
