Description

Salad
Dear cooks! Try to guess what made this dish without looking at the ingredients... just warning, then will be very surprised, just as I did... the Recipe is not mine, saw on TV, like the previous one. A culinary program was invited to present ballerina and chef made the show menu. The girls were in pink, the Studio is also decorated in pink-Burgundy color, and all the dishes had these shades. I tried one of them to bring to life and share with You. Well, now you can watch. Guess or not?...

Cooking

step-0
To the time we have left on this beauty a bit, we are doing multiple processes. For a start, put in oven to bake for one beet. Why bake, and not boil? Because ballerinas are so useful...:)
step-1
Then put on to cook the peeled potatoes. Doing cleaning and cutting peppers. The peppers we use, where possible, light-greenish or white, as they are called in Hungary, and that they need to prepare real dishes. It is believed that they have a different taste. By the way, and the main color of the dish will not interrupt. Cut them into small squares.
step-2
Cut the leeks (not slices).
step-3
Mix the sliced peppers and onions. Fry in butter, add salt and stew for 5-10 minutes. The remaining oil is drained. The mixture should be not fat and liquid.
step-4
Beets peel, grate on a small grater and RUB through a strainer, to juice.
step-5
Of boiled potatoes, beat puree. I have it turned out not very, because I did not think to do this with a mixer, but a normal wooden potato masher that was used, I did here can not buy. So sorry :) Then puree slowly adding the beet juice, periodically stirring constantly, to a smooth bright pink colour.
step-6
Spread a mixture of pepper and onions in a paper or other rosettes.
step-7
And with the help of culinary syringe to apply pink mashed potatoes on top of salad. Obtained as a cream cake. So, nicely, it is possible to arrange the diet, almost meatless dish. And even apply for a festive table to impress your guests. Dancers, by the way, very much...:)
