Hot pepper with onions
For those, who like spicy. This recipe found on another website. Made half portion. Loved it, especially my husband. Will cook again!

Ingredients

  • Chili

    20 piece

  • Onion

    10 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 cup

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Take the bell pepper, remove seeds, cut into rings or diagonally. Onions cut into rings (I was a big onion cut in half rings). Garlic cut into arbitrarily. Stir it carefully. (When handling peppers, wear gloves otherwise your hands will burn all day! Taught by bitter experience).

Tightly put in jars. Vinegar, heated, add salt, sugar, Bay leaf crumble. Stir until dissolved salt and sugar. Bring to a boil. The cooled marinade pour our jars, close. Stored in a cool place.
