Hash with egg pancakes
A great option hash for those who don't like the hash potatoes and boiled eggs (especially it affects the children). Try it, maybe this option will be of your liking.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Chicken breast

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Green olives

    100 g

  • Brew

    0.5 l

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

1. Onions and dill finely chop and using tolkushkoy well rubbed with salt for more flavor.

2. Boiled beef chopped across the grain. To hash beef I usually cook in advance using a slow cooker, then it turns out very tender. Smoked chicken breast cut into medium-sized cubes or wedges.

3. Beat eggs with salt until smooth. Lubricate a well-heated pan with oil using a cooking brush and bake a thin pancake 3 eggs (with two sides), greasing the pan before each new pancake. Fold pancakes into a tube and cut into noodles.

4. Olives finely chop.

5. Mix well and pour kvas. The brew I have prepared with horseradish, so additionally, no mustard, no shit, I did not add. If you have a regular brew, you can add to the brew a little grated horseradish and mustard and give a little brew before use. Before serving you can add a spoonful of sour cream. Bon appetit!
