A great dish for Breakfast is quick and tasty, and useful!
Cooking
Pumpkin, preferably baked in advance. Slice it in small pieces.
Pita bread cut into squares in the center spread cottage cheese on it - the pumpkin and the top is closed with the cheese mass.
Now turn the pita envelope,
dampening the edges with water.
Fry the wrappers with olive oil on both sides.
The result is crisp, with a rich pumpkin cheesecake flavor! Bon appetit!!!
