From a piece of bread cookie cutter, cut a pair of blanks for toast. One smear soft cheese and cover with the other slice. Turned 6 croutons.
Eggs and milk beat with a fork until smooth.
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Dip toast in egg-milk mixture and fry on both sides until Golden brown. When serving, sprinkle with parsley. A NICE BREAKFAST!
