Chocolate cheese cake
Cake, prepared according to this recipe will surprise you with its tenderness, flavor and, of course, taste. Come and help yourself :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    70 ml

  • The mixture powder

    0.5 pack

  • Mousse

    1 pack

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chocolate milk

    20 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Take chilled eggs, separate the yolks from the whites.

Beat the whites until stable peaks.

Sugar and add to yolks.

Beat well with a mixer to dissolve the sugar.

Sift the flour with cocoa.

Add the flour mixture to the yolk mass, stir until smooth. Then add the whites and mix gently. Baking dish (I have 20 cm) lay a parchment, grease with vegetable oil and put the dough.

Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool.

Then biscuit I turn t.. the lower part was porous.

Prepare the impregnation. Milking this dry mix TM Haas, pour boiling water and mix well.

To impregnate a biscuit. This impregnation makes the cake more soft and gentle and will bring a delicate aroma and taste of coffee.

Next, in a saucepan pour the milk, bring almost to a boil, add gelatin, stir until it dissolves. To give the milk to cool slightly.

Once the milk has cooled down a bit pour it into the dry mixture TM Haas "Mousse chocolate orange" and beat with a mixer. Then add the spreadable cheese and again beat well. To try a lot to taste, if desired, add powdered sugar if not sweet enough ;)

The resulting mass is applied to the biscuit, to level.

Decorate with grated chocolate and put into the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
