Cookies
If you love homemade cookies -use this recipe and cook crumbly shortbread Butterflies. The recipe is very simple. This cookie will appeal to both children and adults. This is the cookie I give Pokusaeva Olga.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Brown sugar

    125 g

  • Potato starch

    50 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Grind butter with sugar TM Mistral, and egg.

Add starch, baking powder, soda and salt, mix well. Gradually add 150 g of flour (30 grams of flour needed later) and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. In the 1st part add the vanilla and the remaining 30 g flour (the flour may take less), and the 2nd part of cocoa. Knead each part separately. The dough will be soft, plastic.

Alternately, roll the dough (I rolled out on baking paper) into a reservoir about 30*25. Attach one layer to another, press firmly with a rolling pin and roll roll.

Roll cut crosswise into 2 parts. Taking the dual norm of the ingredients I made 2 versions of butterflies:1-the dark layer left light and 2-on the contrary.
