Cooking
Grind butter with sugar TM Mistral, and egg.
Add starch, baking powder, soda and salt, mix well. Gradually add 150 g of flour (30 grams of flour needed later) and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. In the 1st part add the vanilla and the remaining 30 g flour (the flour may take less), and the 2nd part of cocoa. Knead each part separately. The dough will be soft, plastic.
Alternately, roll the dough (I rolled out on baking paper) into a reservoir about 30*25. Attach one layer to another, press firmly with a rolling pin and roll roll.
Roll cut crosswise into 2 parts. Taking the dual norm of the ingredients I made 2 versions of butterflies:1-the dark layer left light and 2-on the contrary.
Attach them to each other so that the edges of the dough was next, slightly press. Remove the dough in the cold for 30 minutes, wrapped in foil.
Half an hour later the dough is removed, cut the workpiece transversely into pieces with a thickness of 0.8 - 1 cm. Lay them on parchment to make the butterflies lightly pressed in the center and spread antennae.
Lay them on baking paper (greased), to give shape to the butterflies and press them a little in the center to spread its tendrils. Bake until Browning of cookies at t= 180 C, about 15-20 minutes.
