Homemade roast pork with potatoes and parsley

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    6 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Parsley

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Tomato

Buy parsley. Greens delicate, is always used. And stems? Well, you can dry, freeze... but you can parsley sauce to make.

Cut smaller, fall asleep on a hot pan with oil, fry. Smells awesome!

Chop off the legs (to fit in pot with bone), VERY thoroughly rinsed from the slightest of slivers bones

Dilute sour cream with boiled water (200 g of sour cream and 400 grams of water)
