Rose from beet chips
Delicious chips with cheese. The chips are cooked in the microwave for 1 minute. The result shocked me. And I was very surprised their guests when she took a snack in the form of a rose on the cheese. The chips are delicious as a separate dish. Recommend!!!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Water

    1000 ml

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

Wash the beets and peel. Cut into thin slices. I cut with a knife, very thin. You can use a vegetable cutter or, like me, a knife. Whatever you like. Pour water into a saucepan and add salt. In boiling water add a small amount of slices and cook for 3 minutes.

Prepare in advance the paper towels. Remove the slices with a slotted spoon and place on a towel to DAB and remove moisture. Cook the next batch of slices in the same water. If necessary, add a little water or a little salt. I didn't have to add either one or the other.

Prepare a plate and put it on parchment paper. On the paper lay a small number of slices of beets and drizzle with sunflower oil Oleina. Put in microwave on full power for 1 or 2 minutes. Microwaves are all different, so follow the process. And it depends on the slice thickness of the slices.

Cut Camembert cheese in half. Place the chips on the perimeter of the cheese in the form of a rose.
