Salad
The salad is quickly prepared and quickly eaten. Recipe taken from "Jazzed Cook".

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Defrost mussels. In a pan heat the oil ( butter), add chopped garlic and mussels, and sauté for 5 minutes.

Lettuce to break it. Cucumber and tomato cut into strips. Avocado - diced, squeeze 1/4 of a lemon and stir.

On dish put the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado and mussels. To prepare the sauce of mayonnaise, soy sauce and black pepper.Pour over the salad. Mix already on the table. Bon appetit!
