Soup with sea cocktail and pineapple
The taste of this soup, of course, is not quite familiar to the inhabitants of my latitudes. But especially interesting to me was to cook it and present to you, dear friends.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    400 g

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Water

    1 l

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    150 g

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Anis

    0.5 tsp

  • Green onions

  • Mint

    0.5 tsp

Seafood cocktail thawed and marinated in teriyaki sauce from Kikkoman.

While the seafood are marinated, the fish cut into small slices, cover with water, add anise seeds and cook on low heat for 10 minutes after boiling, removing foam. If you want a more rich soup, use broth instead of water.

Tomato cut into cubes, peeled small pineapple slices.

Lemon cut into thin slices, and quartered. Fry the lemon slices with sugar in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes. The contents of the pan will start to get caramelized.

Put in fish broth roasted lemon, tomato, pineapple. Allow to simmer 2 minutes on low heat without a lid.

Then put in soup seafood with the marinade and dried mint. To give again to boil and keep under lid on low fire for 2-3 minutes. Taste the soup, if necessary, add salt.

Serve the soup with optional green onions or mint leaves.
