Cupcakes
I suggest You to bake here are the cutest cupcakes that do not require additional clearance.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    280 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    230 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

For the dough I used refined deodorized sunflower oil "Oleyna".

For the dough whisk eggs with sugar, add remaining ingredients, except cocoa powder. Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one part add cocoa.

Grease muffin tins with vegetable oil "Oleina". Spread the dough in the forms, filling each 3/4 full, and leave each dough 2 tbsp. l.. In the remaining dough add so much flour that it turned out like a thick homemade sour cream. Put the dough into the corners of plastic bags, the edge of the corners slightly cut. Instead of bags you can use a special pastry bags or syringes.
