Roll of pita bread and cod liver
Our family is very fond of cod liver oil, but my fantasy is only enough to cook the deviled eggs. So on new year's table was invented here is not a tricky dish

Ingredients

  • Cod liver oil

    1 can

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

In a large bowl mix the cod liver oil and mayonnaise until smooth. Grate the cheese separately, with boiled eggs. Cut thin slices of tomato. chop the greens.

Next, layer on pita bread: 1st layer - spread half of cod liver 2nd - half with grated cheese 3rd - half of the grated eggs 4th - put the whole tomato

Put on top the second sheet of lavash 5th layer - the remaining cod liver 6th - 7th the remaining cheese, the remaining egg 8th - greens

Collapsible roll and put in refrigerator for 2 hours. Cut into portions and served to the table. Bon appetit!
