Armenian delicious summer vegetable dish! There is no such sharpness as in Georgian cuisine and very hearty! I liked it! I hope enjoy you my dear!!!

Cooking
To start prepare all of our vegetables. Potatoes and onions peel and cut into cubes. Eggplant and peppers cut into large cubes. In a pan heat the butter and fry it for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, potatoes, onions and eggplant.
Then add the vegetables, bell peppers and sliced tomato, fry for 5 minutes. Add chopped cilantro, salt and fry for another 5 minutes.
Pita to break off into 4 parts (you'll see a large square), gently warm in the microwave or in the oven. Roll the pita bread basket, fill with vegetable mixture and garnish with parsley!
