Confiture de concombre a la vanille. I want something very special out of simple things? Like a science experiment? I like muffins with zucchini? Then this is the recipe for you. Easy to prepare and difficult to put into the head. Meet, jam, cucumber with a hint of vanilla.

Cooking
This amount of juice is obtained from 3 small or 2 large cucumbers. Importantly, the structure was more or less homogeneous and without seeds. Add to the juice the sugar, vanilla sugar and pectin. Stir and leave for 1 hour to "marinate".
Put the mixture on a high heat, bring to boil and hold for about 5 minutes (not more).
Pour into a jar, cool. Can try! Store the ready jam in the fridge.
