Squash muffins
I want to offer you delicious muffins. They are very convenient for a snack, tasty and useful. This recipe is perfect for kids who refuse to eat vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    450 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    70 g

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Oregano

Cooking

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater directly to the skin.

Cheese also grate and add to the zucchini. Add the eggs and mix well.

Connect the flour with the semolina and baking powder and pour in the squash mass.

Pour in the milk, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, add the oregano (it is possible and without it) and stir. The batter should be the consistency of a thick cream: if it is too liquid, add a little flour; if it's too thick a little milk.

Molds for muffins fill 2/3 of the test volume.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown.
