Chicken for Sunday dinner
Fragrant and rosy chicken - the best dish for a Sunday lunch with the family. Saturated with flavors of plum, lemon, garlic and herbs, it will become a signature dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    10 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Thyme

    2 pinch

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Grate one clove of garlic, add a pinch of thyme, pepper, soy sauce and stir.

Lemon wash, cut the tails and make longitudinal incisions around the lemon. Prunes rinse well.

Chicken wash, dry inside and out. Pour inside the chicken sauce and stir to grate. Stuff the lemon and prunes.

Another clove of garlic too, grate, add the thyme and butter. Put in the microwave to "Defrost" and melt the butter, but not much.

Chicken stitches, bind her legs and wings. Well lubricated with melted butter with garlic and herbs. Put in ovenproof form and bake in the oven at 220 C for about 70 minutes, basting with oil.
