Salmon fillet, baked under mashed potatoes

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Grape seed oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    1.3 kg

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Quail egg

    20 piece

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Salt

Cooking
