Funchoza salad with vegetables and shrimp
This dish was born spontaneously to new year's table – I don't eat potatoes, and it so happened that in addition to potatoes in different types of more, there was nothing that could be used with shrimp, and most importantly – we had to do something in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Cellophane

    100 g

  • Shrimp

    10 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Sesame oil

    2 tsp

  • Sesame

    0.5 tsp

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Green onions

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

  • Parsley

Funchoza soak for 10 minutes in cold water. Cook in boiling salted water for 4 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water. While cellophane soaked, prepare the vegetables and shrimp: vegetables grate into strips, fry in Rast. oil until soft, 2-3 minutes, to put ready the shrimp without a shell and fry together for 1 minute. Squeeze the garlic, put the feathers onion, pour sesame oil and soy sauce to taste. Ready washed noodles to put in the pan and heat for about a minute. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley makarasana. Can be served as salad and as a hot dish.
