Carrots grate on the Korean grater. Put in a bowl or large Cup. Add sugar, salt, finely chopped garlic, crushed nuts, sweet pepper, Cayenne. Coriander seeds need to dry the pan and crush. Add to the carrots. Mix well. Add the vinegar, stir again. And only at the end add the vegetable oil, stir and put a day in the fridge.
In a day, you can eat! It turns out spicy and zesty! Bon appetit!
