Pork in Chinese style
This recipe I found the husband said what's for dinner wants this meat (Yes, I have started eating meat!!! ), respectively, I have had nowhere to go, had to cook what I'm not sorry, because the dinner was very hearty and delicious. And will decorate any holiday table!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spaghetti

    500 g

Cooking

Pork cut into thin, small slices. Sprinkle it with soy sauce, add 1 tbsp of starch, sugar and mix thoroughly. Salt is NOT needed, as salt will be enough due to the soy sauce.

Bell pepper remove seeds and chop.

Garlic and fresh ginger finely chop.

Pork quick fry in vegetable oil.

For meat, we need soy sauce Kikkoman.

Starch dissolve in 100 ml water.

To the pork add the vegetables, spices, soy sauce and bring to a boil. Pour in the starch dissolved in water, a little put out.

Boil spaghetti in boiling salted water. Meat falling of spaghetti. Bon appetit!!!
