Lovely, tasty, tender with bright yellow frosting is precisely the combination of dessert for the holiday table. As many of you know, I recently, last week, was a celebration: 100 positive feedback from you, my dear girlfriend. Though were treated to only my husband and I have prepared for you and myself ))) My holiday was good: my husband bought flowers, signed children postcard and washed the dishes, but still one thing was wrong: you weren't there... sorry. Well, let's not dwell on it, share the recipe. Oh Yes, forgot to say, I cooked dessert already 5 times - always turns out perfect, it seemed to us that it tastes better with lemon!

  • Biscuit

    1 piece

  • Gelatin

    16 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Lemon

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Almonds

  • Lime

1. Prepare your favorite sponge cake, I usually make the cake from 5 eggs and bake 3 cakes - one for this dessert, the other 2 for another cake. My sponge cake: 5 eggs, sugar 1 Cup, vanilla 1 tsp, flour 1 Cup., baking powder 1 tsp.

2. The finished cake to completely cool. Ring for a cake to put around the cake.

3. Soak gelatine in a little cold water, give it to swell and squeeze. Slightly warm the milk, dissolve in it the sugar and dissolve the gelatin.

4. Milk, cheese (I have this time half - cheese, half cream cheese), lemon juice combine and stir until smooth. Send in the fridge for 20 minutes.
