Soup from beet tops
This is the taste of childhood, I Suggest you to cook delicious, healthy, light soup from beet tops vegetable broth. These soup cooked in my childhood grandma in the village, I slightly tweaked the recipe to suit yourself, but the taste of childhood remained. Come on in, help yourself.

    1 coup

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

First you need to prepare the vegetable broth. These products I didn't specify in the ingredients, here the photo shows what I use for the broth are chunks of carrot, leaves of the upper part of the leeks, slices of onions, you can add a piece of celery. All the vegetables wash, peel, place in a saucepan, cover with cold water, add salt, bring to a boil and cook for 30-40 minutes. The broth can be cooked in advance. 10 minutes before end of cooking add the Bay leaf. As the broth cools, atteriwem it from vegetables, they no longer need us.

It's vegetables we need for further cooking delicious and healthy soup. Of course, they need to wash and clean. At the moment I have frozen celery, fresh cut into small pieces.

Potatoes cut into strips, beet tops stripes 1 cm wide.

Onion cut into thin strips, carrots grate on medium grater.

In the prepared vegetable broth laying first beet tops, bring to a boil and proverjaem 10 minutes.

Next add the potatoes, bring to a boil

Add the onions, carrots and celery, bring again to a boil and cook for another 20 minutes, check the potatoes are done. At the end of cooking taste for salt, if necessary doselevel and add freshly ground black pepper. Give the soup to stand for 20 minutes.

That's all you can taste. Feeding, of course, is better with country bread, but with bread (in my case) is also delicious! If desired, add fresh herbs and if the diet is not strict, it is very tasty with sour cream.
