Meatless meatloaf with steamed vegetables
Offer to pamper yourself during lent is very tasty, fragrant dish with a slight crunchy taste.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion peel and cut into small pieces. In a pan pour a little vegetable oil and fry the onion until Golden brown.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Add to the onions carrots and shredded cabbage. Stir. Add more vegetable oil if needed. Add Kikkoman soy sauce, Basil, black pepper. The pan cover with a lid and simmer the vegetables on low heat until soft.

Pita grease with a brush with vegetable oil. Distributed on pita bread steamed vegetables.

Collapsible roll. Top grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. The resulting roll put on a baking sheet and put it in the preheated oven. Bake at 180-200 degrees on the middle shelf of 15-25 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the loaf in it for 10-15 minutes. Then cut the roulade into slices and serve.
