French cake with prunes
It's delicious and very easy to prepare pie. Its dense and creamy texture similar to pudding, with dried prunes create a very pleasant taste and fragrant dessert. This pie is relatively low in fat, and, given its long record of prunes, it can be classified as "healthy" desserts. Come for tea!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Vanilla

  • Milk

    700 ml

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Prunes

Eggs and flour mix in processor or mixer with a dough.

Then add the sugar and vanilla. If vanillin natural, it is enough to take the tip of a knife, if synthetic, can be more.

Now gradually add milk and mix until smooth. If the mixture seems too runny, don't be afraid and should be. It should resemble the "batter" for pancakes. Leave to stand for 30 minutes, but preferably an hour.

If your prunes are too dry, soak it several hours in weak tea. If soft enough, is not necessary. Roll it in flour.

The butter melts and well grease the bottom and sides of a large baking dish. Pour it in the shape of our mix.

Put the prunes. Flour, which we rolled, helps it not to sink to the bottom of the form and stay afloat. But even if he drown, do not worry - the taste is, of course, will not be affected.

Put the form in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes (do not be afraid if the cake is still wet in the middle). Then switch off the oven and leave to stand inside for another 30 minutes. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar after cooling. It is optional.
