Apple and honey pie
Insanely delicious. My husband loves these pies, but eating the last piece of this, asked tomorrow to make more. Recipe from the "school of Gastronome".

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cream

    0.75 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Lemon

    1.5 piece

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with softened butter (120g.) and sugar (3/4) Cup.

Add the grated zest of one lemon.

Sifted the flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Add the cream (the original was milk, but I replaced the cream). Stir.

Whisk whites with a pinch of salt. Added to the batter and gently stir.

Spread in the form greased with butter (I have a detachable 26cm.).

Apples are cleaned and cut. Spread on the dough.

Put the pieces of remaining butter, and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven until tender, 40-45 minutes. Meanwhile, make the syrup. Honey and lemon juice mixed and heated.

Ready hot cake impregnated with hot syrup (in the future, I'll make the syrup in 2 times more, because the cake is soaked at all, but to the middle).
