Horseradish with apples meat
Excellent, sobering taste buds addition to meats. This horseradish is particularly good with pork.

Ingredients

  • Horseradish

    80 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Horseradish and apples to clean. Cut into chunks and put in blender. Grind until a homogeneous mass.

To the resulting mass add sour cream, vinegar, salt and sugar. More time to grind. Shift in aesthetic hermetic capacity, and to serve dishes. Bon appetit!
