Description
Tender chicken with light mustard flavor. Quite diet and not the troublesome dish... the Recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Isskra called "Mustard chicken" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Tomato will osparam, remove the skin and cut into 8 parts. Cheese cut into 8 wedges.
From chicken drumsticks, remove the bone. Lightly salt the meat liberally and put some mustard on the outside and inside. I have mustard with whole grains, but any prepared mustard. Inside lower leg insert a slice of tomato and cheese. Seal the hole with a toothpick.
If using breast fillets, it is slightly back and do the same as with the legs, i.e., liberally coat mustard with two sides, put the cheese and tomato, fasten with toothpick.
Chicken meat spread on a baking sheet, greased with oil and close the top with foil. Or spread on a baking tray lined with parchment and closed again, parchment. Bake in the oven at 200C for 40 minutes. 5 minutes until cooked, you can remove the top foil or parchment and allow the chicken to brown.
