Mackerel Flemish
Recipe from old cooking books. Very good for lazy or who loves quickly))) Fragrant fish from the oven.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Defrost the mackerel, wash and dry cloth.

Mix chopped onion, parsley, pepper to taste, add the lemon juice.

Stuff the fish belly, wrap it in foil...

... and send in a preheated to 150-170*C oven for 30-40 minutes.
