Cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin
Very tasty and healthy casserole with cheese and pumpkin. The recipe my friend Aliki from LJ.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Curd

    200 g

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

So... the Pumpkin cut into small cubes. Milk bring to the boil, put it in the pumpkin and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Add to the pumpkin with milk, sugar to taste. Cool. Separately, mix the cottage cheese, egg, semolina, sour cream, add the cooled milk and pumpkin mixture, gently stir, so as not to compromise the integrity of the pumpkin pieces.

Spread this mixture into a baking dish and put in preheated to 220 degrees oven for 50-55 minutes.
