Potatoes with fish in yoghurt sauce
New potatoes is delicious by itself. Since my childhood I love in one hand to take a potato, boiled in jackets, in the other hand green onions, or cucumber, or radish elastic and dipped alternately in salt shaker. Offered here is an option with fish. Easy, simple dinner, with a spicy hint of yogurt sauce. The seeds mustard is a fun burst on the teeth, slightly ruddy Yam and tender juicy fish, and absolutely no fat.

Ingredients

  • Cod

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Yogurt

    250 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Because the fish is baked much faster than the potatoes, pre-boil potatoes until soft. New potatoes with thin transparent skin, wash with brush, put it in a pot of boiling water and boil until soft or until almost cooked. Drain the water, potatoes to cool and clean ( this is optional, of course).
