Orange mousse with TVILUM
For the contest "Sweet taste of summer"

Ingredients

  • Orange

    4 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    30 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Strawberry

Cooking

Wine diluted with water, and soak the gelatin for 40 minutes. Then dissolve when heated.

Oranges pour over boiling water and squeeze the juice. I got about 250 ml.

Whip the cream with two tablespoons of sugar, add vanilla, dissolved gelatin in the wine and orange juice. Beat a minute.

Pour it into moulds and put into the refrigerator.

Until the mousse hardens, prepare the tuille. Melt in the butter, add the honey, sesame, sugar and cream. Mix thoroughly and tormented on low heat for 2-3 minutes. The resulting mass is poured on a baking tray lined with baking paper, flatten thinly and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 170 gr.
