Cream soup of zucchini with shrimp
This recipe will appeal to those who like the combination of tender and crispy. In this case, it is a delicate cream soup and king prawns in a crispy breading.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Asparagus

    8 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Shrimp

    12 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Dill

    10 g

  • Chili

    7 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    20 g

Cooking

Zucchini peel and cut into cubes.

Young shoots of asparagus cut the tops aside for decoration of the soup.

Grind 1 clove of garlic.

Zucchini, asparagus, garlic spread into the pan, season with salt and pepper. Pour the olive oil and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Lay a few prawns for decoration. Clean them and fry in olive oil.

The rest of the shrimp clean but leave the stems.

To prepare the breading: mix the breadcrumbs, dill, hot pepper

Beat egg, dip the shrimp in egg and roll in breading mixture.

Shrimp to clean the oven for 5 minutes.

Vegetables in a blender.

Put vegetables in a saucepan, add the cream and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Shrimp preheat the oven.

On a plate put the chopped red cabbage, sprinkle it with olive oil and add shrimp in breadcrumbs.

Soup pour into a bowl, add cheese, shrimp and asparagus. Serve with shrimp AU gratin. Wanted to do more photos, but then ran husband and from eating for 5 minutes nothing left! :)
